b) Measuring and Reporting: Ranking your clients; Analyzing where your clients come from.

About the Presenter:

Joy Graceffo is a successful business owner and active community volunteer. With more than 30 years’ experience in the computing industry, she has gained extensive expertise and a versatile background which enable her to well serve her clients in her capacity as President of Long Island Essential Software & Training.
Joy has served on the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Women’s Business Enterprise Coalition (SCWBEC) as Director of Technology, is currently Co-Chair of the Sales & Marketing Committee of the Hauppauge Industrial Association (HIA); is a Round Table Facilitator of Women On The Move, Long Island as well as the Long Island Advancement of Small Business; is a member of the American Society of Training Development, the Smithtown Industry Advisory Board, Women’s Prosperity Network and the New York State Teacher’s Union.
