Communication, the human connection is the key to personal and career success. For communication to be effective, three elements are required - a sender, a receiver and a message. Regardless of the purpose, communication needs to incorporate some aspects of motivation, stimulation, inspiration, listening, involvement and evaluation. To be successful, the process must result in a mutual understanding by all parties.
