Panel Discussion: The Path to Successful Entrepreneurship

Thoughts of exotic vacations and financial freedom accompany the visions of many would-be entrepreneurs.
But more than a dream, entrepreneurship is an endeavor that requires commitment, diligence and persistence for the long haul.
The path, often fraught with challenges and pitfalls, is not for the faint of heart but offers great rewards to those who are determined
to stay the course.

To the victor go the spoils!

Moderated by Kathy Brennan, President, 360 Insurance Services

As the Co-Director of Professional Development at SCWBEC, Kathleen along with Gina Motisi, was responsible for securing our Panelists for today’s discussion. A small business owner herself, Kathleen is the owner of 360 Insurance Services, LLC. Her company develops employee benefit strategies for clients. Kathleen was instrumental in developing New York’s first Health Exchange and was named to the New York Regional Health Benefit Exchange Advisory Board in 2012 where she currently serves.

Meet our panel of four intrepid entrepreneurs who, in spite of varying obstacles, remained undeterred. With deliberate consistent action, they turned their dreams into goals and eventually realized entrepreneurial success.
