Presenter Bio : Edgard A. Hernandez started Atlas Co. from the ground up to develop new strategies in the field of business development and support for under-served businesses. Previously, Mr. Hernandez was the Director of the LaGuardia Community College Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) at LaGuardia Community College. As a result of these roles, Mr. Hernandez understands the numerous complexities of operating a small business and the niche area of selling to the government.
