We live in an age when information abounds. But how do you know what specific information will lead your business to success? A strong but flexible business plan will keep you on track and will allow business owners to respond to events as they arise. In this Workshop, Susan will outline the key elements of a business plan – how to write one, what needs to be in it, and why it just might become your business’ greatest asset. She will also discuss why a plan is essential even if you don’t plan to seek outside funding for business development or growth.
Susan McLaughlin graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelors degree in political science in 2001. She then attended Stetson University School of Law from which she graduated in 2006 armed with legal experience and a passion for business. She began her career as an in-house attorney, where she discovered her unique talent for negotiation, mediation, and leadership. In 2015, she decided to leave her corporate career and use her corporate experience to serve the needs of women business owners.
