Presenter: Angelica M. Hernandez, MD, OB/Gyn, Adolescent & Women Medical Care

Dr. Angelica M. Hernandez is a highly accomplished gynecologist and obstetrician, having graduated from Universidad del Valle in Cali, Colombia, and completed her specialization at N.Y.U Downtown Hospital in Manhattan. With over a decade of experience, she established her private practice on Long Island in 2004 and holds surgical privileges at Good Samaritan Hospital, South Shore University Hospital, and Stony Brook Hospital.

Dr. Hernandez is passionate about education, serving as an assistant professor at Hofstra and Stony Brook University. She finds fulfillment in teaching students and residents, sharing her extensive clinical expertise. Dr. Hernandez is the driving force behind Adolescent & Women Medical, a center offering diverse medical and esthetic services to both women and men. Her particular interests lie in educating adolescents, addressing sexual dysfunction, treating conditions like Lichen Sclerosus and Menopause. Beyond her medical practice, she contributes to her community by writing health articles for local publications and visiting shelters for the homeless, demonstrating her commitment to holistic healthcare.
