Presenter Bio : Edgard A. Hernandez started Atlas Co. from the ground up to develop new strategies in the field of business development and support for under-served businesses. Previously, Mr. Hernandez was the Director of the LaGuardia Community College Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) at LaGuardia Community College. As a result of these roles, Mr. Hernandez understands the numerous complexities of operating a small business and the niche area of selling to the government. His strong commitment to small businesses and their success. He is committed to assisting small business owners in becoming successful in selling to the government and private sector.
