Sharmila P. Nigam is an AI, Operations, and Wellness Consultant dedicated to supporting businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations through operational excellence, technology adoption, process improvement, and people-centered leadership.
Raised in a family business environment, Sharmila began managing two apartment complexes at age 17 and later managed a third retail location while earning degrees in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from SUNY Buffalo. She has owned and operated both a retail business and a hospitality business, providing firsthand experience in entrepreneurship, customer service, operations, marketing, and business growth.
With more than 15 years of experience supporting Fortune 1000 companies and growth-focused organizations, her background includes business operations, customer success, business intelligence, process improvement, and organizational development. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt trained through LexisNexis, completed Psychological Safety training through Harvard Professor Amy Edmondson’s program, and served as a Business Intelligence Analyst utilizing SAP software.
As Founder & CEO of One Love Generation – Sukoon AI Consulting, Sharmila combines practical business operations, AI, social media, and wellness practices to support both organizational success and individual well being. She is also a Certified Rewire Performance Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Educator, guest speaker, and a Marquis Who’s Who Honoree.
