Josephine Geraci is an entrepreneur and mom to three children who have inspired her to create and bring her gLovies product to the marketplace. As the founder and president of My Mom Knows Best, Inc. Josephine discovered that while disposable gloves are available for adults, none existed for children—hence, the creation of gLovies which are multipurpose disposable gloves for kids to use to avoid germs and all things messy. Josephine is currently working on a whole product line of gloves for adults. Josephine has received numerous awards for her gLovies product, and has been written up in several prestigious magazines, including Parents and CNN Money. She has also given an interview on ABC Nightline News about gLovies.

Josephine is also the founder and host of the podcast: Paying It Forward with Josephine Geraci, Entrepreneurs Helping Entrepreneurs. With over 200 interviews conducted, this podcast offers fledging entrepreneurs the opportunity to connect with successful business owners who share their knowledge and experiences.
As founder of The Jerry Cantwell Brain Tumor Foundation, Josephine has successfully raised over $100,000 for brain cancer research in honor of her late husband.

Josephine has previously worked on Wall Street at several top financial institutions. She earned a B.S. in Finance and an MBA in Marketing from St. John’s University.
