Through her career she has worked in various positions (Tax Examiner\, Taxpayer Advocate\, Tax Compliance Officer\, Sr. Tax Advisory Specialist\, and the position that she holds now for the past 22 years\, in which she now covers both up and down state New York. As a Sr. Liaison Nilka collaborates with all taxpayer communities to support voluntary compliance and provide tax education and information for their members. Partners with groups and organizations for individuals\, small businesses payroll\, practitioners\, including multilingual\, underrepresented\, and underserved communities.
